Refund Policy



90 DAY RETURN POLICY

Please read these policies carefully. We are confident you will be completely satisfied with Healthy Nails. However, if you need to return anything to us within 90 days of your order, please follow these guidelines.  By placing an order with Awaynailfungus you agree to these policies.

Please email your refund request to sales@awaynailfungus.com or include it with the returned product to Awaynailfungus, 339 West Pleasant Ave., Sandwich, IL 60548. Returns must have a valid email address, phone number, invoice number, and a brief description of why you are not satisfied with the product. Our customer service department may need to contact you. Returns without such information may not be refunded.

  • Returns received after 90 days may not be refunded and may be discarded.
  • Opened items are nonrefundable. Additional items must be unopened and in their original state.
  • There will be a $10 restocking fee for each unopened item.
  • Exception to the above conditions may be made at Awaynailfungus’ discretion.
  • Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Please check your order carefully before submitting it. You will not be able to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.
  • Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your order. Products ordered Monday – Friday will be shipped within 24 hours.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Awaynailfungus is not responsible for custom duty charges or regulations for countries outside of the United States.
